The Problem

The inspection starts
before they arrive.

Ofsted rings at half nine and inspectors turn up two working days later. But evidence gathering begins at that phone call — whatever your records look like on the morning of the call is what gets inspected. Two days is not enough time to fix paperwork that has drifted for a year.

Most Urgent

Registered, Not Yet Inspected

You know the call is coming. You don't know what they'll find. A mock inspection tells you now, while there's still time to act.

On A Deadline

Outcome 2 Or 3 Last Time

Reinspection in eighteen months, or six. A published report listing exactly what needs fixing, and no room to get it wrong twice.

Starting Out

Applying To Register

A building, a business plan, and a Statement of Purpose that has to survive assessment. Most first applications fall down on the documents.

Ongoing

Established Providers

Regulation 32 reviews every six months, incident notifications, and a framework that changed in April 2026. Documents date faster than people expect.

How It Works

Three steps.
No long proposal.

STEP 01

A Call

Twenty minutes. You tell me where the service is — newly registered, waiting on a first inspection, or working through findings from one.

STEP 02

The Review

I go through your documents the way an inspector would, and tell you plainly what would be found. No softening it.

STEP 03

The Fix

A prioritised action list you can work through yourself, or I write the documents for you. Your choice.

Every consultant has read
the regulations.

"Very few have worked the shift. When I tell you what an inspector will ask about your records, it's because I keep those records."

John Gagiu writes support plans, key working session records and risk documentation in a supported accommodation service for separated migrant young people in Newcastle. Pink Panther Recruitment already staffs this sector across the North East — the compliance work comes from the same place.
