John Gagiu founded Pink Panther Recruitment from direct experience working in supported accommodation and young people's services in Newcastle. Having seen firsthand the chaos that poor agency staffing causes — the last-minute scrambles, the workers who don't understand the service, the managers left without cover — he built an agency designed to actually solve those problems.
